I found the book to be a tool for self-examination and strengthening of competence. Writing a book requires concentration and time, at least for me. In general, I felt good!

What a wonderful book! I was able to calm my nights down almost straight after I started using this book. I keep the book on my bedside table. If I have any trouble getting sleep during the night, I clear my mind by writing down my thoughts in the book. Simply knowing that the book is there, will help. If something bothers me in the night, I just write it down in the book. This way I don’t have to worry all night long or try to remember my thoughts in the morning.I use the book 4-7 times a week, mainly during nights. It has reduced my stress 80% and calmed my sleep a lot, which has also balanced my day time. Likewise, I’m no longer afraid to go to bed and try to fall asleep, because I know the rescue is on my bedside table should I feel stressed or anguished.I’m so excited about this book! It’s unbelievable but I haven’t felt this relaxed for years. The book is my best bedtime pal and a reliable friend I can tell everything to.

Realizing the book is easy and pleasant! The book is a good reminder that you also have to take care of yourself. The look and content of the book is beautiful and functional, and I’m responsible for the rest of it – a good mirror for what my world looks like today. Your mind is always clearer and calmer when you have written things down – you don’t have to run them over in your mind anymore and you don’t have to worry about forgetting. Here is a book that everyone needs!

A great tool when you have a lot of plans and things to remember. I am currently using the book as an aid in planning the renovation of the apartment and planning the budget.

I got excited about organizing things again! The book of chaos and ideas put the tasks lying on the desk in order and between the same covers in one fell swoop. For a long time, I’ve let tasks and notes sit and put off cleaning them again and again, fearing that the result will be even more distressing… But thanks to the Chaos Book, now things are in order (most of them taken care of!) and in addition to work matters, thoughts about other aspects of life were written down in black and white. This in turn expanded my self-image, which has often been lost in the rush of everyday life. Lighten up!
